Welcome to Voommart. By accessing our website (https://voommart.co.tz/) or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, which include E-commerce, Fresh Groceries, Pharmacy, Restaurant delivery, Parcel logistics, and Car Rental.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Voommart reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.
Voommart acts as a delivery facilitator for licensed pharmacies.
All prescription medications require a valid prescription upload before processing.
We do not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before purchasing wellness products.
Eligibility: Renters must be 23+ years old with a valid Tanzanian or International Driving License held for at least 2 years.
Usage: Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, off-roading (unless specified), or crossing international borders without written consent.
Insurance: All cars are comprehensively insured; however, the renter is liable for the insurance excess (deductible) in case of an accident.
Quality: We strive to deliver the freshest produce. If you receive damaged items, you must report them to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Availability: Menu items and grocery stock are subject to seasonal availability.
We do not transport illegal substances, hazardous materials, or liquid cash.
Voommart’s liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to a maximum of TZS 100,000 unless additional insurance is purchased.
We accept Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), Credit/Debit Cards, and Pay on Delivery (where applicable).
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days if an order is cancelled before dispatch or if a product is found to be defective.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Using the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
Impersonating Voommart staff or other users.
Attempting to hack or disrupt the website's technical infrastructure.
Voommart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, including delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party vendor stockouts.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dar es Salaam.
